my complete pop-up killer-wanna download?

I created a very complete and customizable pop-up killer with
MS Internet Control 6.0
Lots of features and functions
download it and pls reply your reviews!
Sliced to 2 pieces
Just d/l both them and unzip them to the same folder
then open up dos box and type:
's'pposed both file are arnold.~01 and arnold.~02
copy arnold.~01 + arnold.~02 arnold.zip


Unzip the created zip file and try it

BTW, one major problem, VB seems to can't return my memory
to the memory pool, just run this app and exit
then run msinfo32.exe
under the software environment section, you'll see it under
running tasks sub-section
why's that?
