i got a question 4 ANYBODY

in my program i have a textbox which accepts user input in arabic. the user should press the right 'Alt+Shift' simultaneously to change the the script to Arabic.
i tried setting the 'right-to-left' property of the textbox to true but it didn't work .

Question! ---> can i simulate the action of pressing the right Alt+Shift through code?
