I am a newbie so please be easy on me...

I am wondering if anyone has/can find/ the source code for
ICQ? Any version will do fine...i am wanting to create my own chat program similar to the icq form....if you can tell me where i can find it or if it even is another language altogether i would appreciate it....thank you
