FTP with Inet1 PASSIV in VB6

My new Router (FritzBox) works with FileZilla only in PASSIV Mode.
But I do not know how I can do it with my VB6-Program in Passiv Mode.
Is it possible to bring Inet1 in PASSIVE Transfer Mode?
