I'll note that obviously Ice agents are potentially operating in all 50 states at any given time, and who knows what is happening in each case. Just trying to summarize what has been happening here in my city in the past few days.

I saw no evidence of any Ice activity in my city today. There are many people in my city that are glad Ice is here, and of course many people that aren't. It has tension very high amongst everyone, but for sure for all immigrants. Outside of the Somali community, there are a large number of Hispanic immigrants here as well.

I just hope that whatever else is planned here, if anything, that it is taken care of quickly and there's no injuries to anyone on either side. It's like a powder keg here, and it wouldn't take much for things to go very sideways very quickly.
