    Question URL Encoding / Decoding issue

    Hello,

    I have a slight issue when encoding and decoding with UrlEscape API.



    It's decoding correctly, but not encoding back correctly.
    It seems to be related to # ? characters.

    Attached is the project if anyone can take a quick play round.
