I've bought a copy of VC++ but after i installed it and attempted to run VC++, a runtime error popups saying " Program : ...LES\MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO\COMMON\MSDEV98\BIN\MSDEV.EXE abnormal programe termination". I searched the net and found a post says if i install VS Service pack 5 this problem should be solved. However, after i'd installed SP5, instead of the runtime error, another error poped us saying "cannot load package 'devdtg' because its internal version number, or the internal bersion number of one of its components, does not match the version of the Developer Studio shell. Do you want to continue?", after i clicked "OK", "DEVDTG, This required file cannot be loaded, please re-install VC++". I tried uninstalling it, but same error popsup. I really need help. Someone pls provide me a possible solution.
