Any way to read and write records to "access bank" or sqllite by memory?

hi,i have a access bank (mdb or accdb file) or db sqi lite bank.i want can add record or edit or delete or run query but in memory

any sample code?

i dont want save it on hard disk and i want set to data grid or others grids and use like as adodc

any sample project or idea?
