Hi,

I have written an app that captures and restores network settings from a Win 9.x to a Win 9.x machine.

I have one problem though, if the machine I am restoring the configuration to does NOT have WINS enabled, it will not put these settings back. It shows them in the registry but will not enable the WINS even with a reboot. If WINS is already enabled then I can restore sucessfully without issue.

Does anyone know of an api or code that would enable WINS or even refresh the network properties box(as a last resort) to enable WINS ???.
