Macros: loop through excel files and extract specific cell values(more than 2)

Hi All,

I am new to macros and I am trying to,

1. loop through excel files and look for words like Attachment A, Attachment B etc., exists (this is in merged cells). If exists, then update in a excel file "yes" for the corresponding file name for each string we searched for.
2. and then, look for strings and its values like, profit (& its value), Revenue (& its value) etc., if exists in a file, then, update/append these values in the above excel file with both values and string.
below is the file, in which I want to update result from both point 1&2.
