Attached Images Not Showing

I'm not sure if it's just me, the forum, or if there's something in between that's gone wrong, but I've noticed recently - and I'm not sure I can pinpoint exactly when other than sometime this week - that images in posts no longer seem to display properly.

Instead, this is what I see... a broken image symbol, the file name, and some statistics.




is it just me, or is there a larger problem with the forum?

NOTE - I haven't looked from home, so it could be just an issue from work... I'll try to remember to look from home tonight.
