If you have an ATI TV Wonder...
I finally figured out how to get around the corrupted startup for the TV viewer, if you have the ATI TV Wonder. In Windows XP, use the Windows 2000 drivers, install everything normally, do autoscan and all the setup crap, and...
1. Start the TV Viewer
2. As the TV Viewer is loading, right-click the taskbar
3. The TV Viewer should magically appear correctly; while that popup menu is open, set the Priority Class of ATIMMC.EXE to either High or Realtime so it doesn't drop frames.
