I have some vital information for you all. From now on there will be a daily spot the loony contest. If you spot the loony, you get a cookie (which is actually just a mention in my LTS, Loony Tracking System, or signature.) The winner also receives a special prize from me. The parameters for Spot the Loony are:

[list=1][*]You must spot the loony in and of your own capabilities...no cheating and no ganging up against the loonies, although, if requested, a public stoning can be arranged.[*]Once something has been entered into the Loony Tracking System it is final. You may contact me if I have made an error.[*]If you believe you have spotted the loony, post here with the loony's name and your reason for believing that this person is the loony.[/list=1]
