    What chart would I use?

    I'm drawing a blank on this. It's probably the simplest type of chart - something shaped like a "bucket" or cylinder, and filled to a given percentage (see attached pic). What type of chart would I use for this? (And additionally, what would be the best way to show the percentage value on top of it?)
