If you are talking about defining your own colors for your Form's Back or ForeColor in design mode...
1. Click on the required Color property.
2. 'Right Click' on a blank square.
You should now get a Define Color Dialog Box.
3. Choose your Color and click on Add Color
You can also replace an existing Color by 'Right Click' over it.
