I need to finish this coursework for univesity by the morning i really need help with what i think is a simple question

I need to take information from a file to a txt box. The problem i have is that the information needs to come out one piece at a time and once i have added another entity to the form i need to be able to scroll through that too.

Can you also tell me whether it matters if the information in the file is vertical or horizontal if it makes a difference
