Ok guys and gals,
I'm thinking of writing a Customer Management Software package, and I want everything to look like its web based. Much like that of Siebel if you have seen it. I'm wondering what type of software do they use to create that kind of app. I want it browser like, but don't want it to run on a webserver.

Any help would be appreciated.
