Dear Programmers,

Is their a possibility of developing a program in Visual Basic which is able to produce a CD-Writing program. For example, a program which formats a rewritable disk. I would really like to be able to do this.

I am a complete beginner to VB and so a tutorial would be helpful or any information you may have on this subject.
