According to some charts that I made up, 3.1 is used more now than it has ever been!

Windows 3.1 100%
Windows ME 50%
Windows XP 1%
Windows 7 1%
Windows 8 1%


You may say to yourself "dclamp, thats 153%" You are correct. Because those are true statistics.
