Working in Outlook 2000, in messages or notes, I want to click a button and have a VBA macro insert the current system date and time at the text cursor. Seems simple (and I feel stupid asking). I found code to format the date into a string, but nothing that shows how to get inserted at the text cursor!
Without a macro record in Outlook's implementation, I have to find example code. All the examples talk about lots of interesting things, but none I have found even inserts a text constant at the cursor.
Any pointers would be appreciated, even to an appropriate book.
