I am trying to get the "COMMENTS" property of a file. I mean, I am looking for the value which is displayed in the "Comments" textbox when you right-click on a file, ask for its properties and select the "Summary" tab.

I know there is a way to do it with the VBScript FSOs but I would prefer using an API.
