I created a .UML file using StarUML. I checked this file into VSS. I asked my team to check it out and add their diagrams to it.

Today I check the file out from VSS and try and view it in StarUML. No diagrams, no models, nothing. Even the Model Explorer and other windows are not visible (though the View menu shows them as available).

When I open the .UML file in Notepad, I can't make out any obvious problems. The XML structure too seems to be correct (since I opened the .UML in VS2010 and didn't get any warnings).

I also created a blank .UML file, and copied the contents of the original .UML file into the blank .UML file using Notepad. But when I open the new .UML file, it's the same problem.


What gives?
