how do i fix this outerhtml issue?

i believe it is with javascript but my entries are wrong or not working. When i click the two links that i screenshot neither work. I dont know a good forum to ask this stuff but i searched and found this one where someone asked a similar question. I fix the other(not add a comment) by changing it to class="submit" but i have to do this every time..... there has to be a permafix for it right? But i have yet to find a solution to make add a comment work. I did check this one on another desktop and those links matched. but here is the link tell me what you think, it doesnt work on the whole site(also have some issues with under armour website doing the same thing, http://www.jailbreakqa.com/questions...all-of-my-ram#
