Confused, what is this and how it is done.

Hi everyone,

Please have a look on this picture, my client is already using this software and wants me to design another form with same look n feel.

I am slight confused with this column "NEHA NO", i can see its a combobox in DataGridView, but i don't understand when i click on combobox a list appear with 4 different fields, when i select an item for list, dropdown automatically closed and selected text appears on NEHA NO and DESCRIPTION Columns.

I don't want coding from you, i want to know how it is done?? the comboxbox is filled with 1 field or all 4 fields, the list appears is a part of datagridview of its seperate?

Its very urgent, please reply as soon as possible.
