Does Sheet Exist

I have the attached code that is giving me trouble; this is part of a much larger macro. It will execute one part of the If/Then, depending on if I use an = or > sign. I want the macro to look for a worksheet called "Error Summary", there will only ever be one if it does exist, if it does not exist I want it to simply create a the Then portion.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
