I'm trying to use change resolution routine listed on this site in my program, but strange things are happening on some computers:

After changing to a higher resolution taskbar just won't stay at the bottom of the screen --- it's in the middle of the screen. Also, every program keeps its previous size.

Any idea how to fix this problem?
