HI all ,

I did it once , i was able very simply to embed excel into a vb form , but i don't remeber how ? i looked over the web , and all i have found is ole excel but i don't know how to do it in visual studio 2010.
I need to have a spreadsheet into a form where i can put data , and this data can be retrieved and processed later in an other vb form , any one know how to do this.
