I tried finding an answer to this issue on the Macromedia website but I had no luck. They were vague about it.

I am making an App that will use the Flash ActiveX control - swflash.ocx. Does the end user have to download Flash from the Macromedia website in order for the ActiveX control to work? Or can you simply include the swflash.ocx in your Install program and arrange it so it goes into the System folder, and that's it? From the tests I've been doing on my two computers at home it seems that they do have to download Flash, but I want to be totally sure.

Any suggestions at all would be welcome.
