VBForums (Reuters) - SurfDemon filed a law suit today against VBForums user Mega_Man for violating avatar copyright laws. Mega_Man has used an extremely similar avatar to that of SD's and SD is said to be thoroughly "pissed".

Those expected to rule this case include, John, John Percival, Jöhn, Jðhn, and John Percival(banned). No comment was available from SurfDemon's attorneys (Spetnik, Parksie, Chenko), but against their advice, SD has issued the following statement: "Well.. I'm just gonna have a cupple beers and then I'll uh.. KICK HIS MOTHER EFFIN A$$!!!"

Hearings, to begin in an unannounced thread in the ChitChat Forum of VBForums, are open to all (except those just interested in advertising their Napster clones). Mega_Man faces a maximum penalty of *kicks* and *bitchslaps* to be administered by Katie. Click here to see the thread in which the initial offense was noticed.
