Good Morning,

I need a basic Windows Application that has this components. Just simple GUI,as long as it works like stated below, its up to the developer on how he likes to designed this as long as they accomplish the task that each component below requires. You can add additional feature if you want but that depends on you.

*Income
*Accounts
*Items

Each components must able to do these tasks.


*Income
-Add,Edit,Delete and save inflow amount with date (ex. 09/24/2011, $300)
-Records transaction of inflow
-Each Income Amount will be allocated in each Accounts.
-Allocation amounts will vary on the set up of those accounts %

*Accounts
-accounts are under Income
-must be able to Add & Delete additional accounts
-must be able to Rename these Accounts
-must be able to set a % of Income amount that will be allocated to an account (ex. Account A 50%, $150)
-if an account % of Income amount is set on default, Income amount will be evenly distributed to each account with a default set up. (ex. "Account A set up to" 50%, $150 | Account B Default, 25%, $75 | Account C Default, 25%, $75)
-if an Account is deleted with an amount, the amount will rollover in the Income amount and will be added on the next inflow of income which will then be allocated again.
- Must always have atleast one account set on default to act as a buffer for % of Income amount to handle the % of the deleted account.


*Items
-Items are under Accounts
-must be able to Add & Delete additional Items
-must be able to Rename these Items
-must be able to set a % of Account amount that will be allocated to an Item (ex. Item A 50%, $75)
-if an Item % of Account amount is set on default, Account amount will be evenly distributed to each item with a default set up. (ex. "Item A set up to" 50%, $75 | Item B Default, 25%, $37.5 | Item C Default, 25%, $37.5)
-must be able to set a maximum goal amount for each item (Ex. Item A, 50%, $75, Goal $500)
-must be able to notify the user once an item has reach its goal amount
(Ex. Item A, 50%, $550, Goal $500, "You have reach your goal for this item")
-if an Item is deleted with an amount, the amount will rollover in the Income amount and will be added on the next inflow of income which will then be allocated again.
- Must always have atleast one item set on default to act as a buffer for "% of Account amount' to handle the % of the deleted account.
- must be able to Add,Edit,Delete and save outflow amount with date for an Item (ex. Item A, 50%, $75,9/24/2011, -$50 ) the total amount after this transaction for Item A would be $25.

*Users Must be able to open and edit and saved on this application
*Must work on windows
*less than 20 MB if possible
