As in my country all the vacancies are on C#.Net
If you are VB.Net developer it's hard to find something ( almoust impossible )
As I know those 2 languages are almoust same by difficulty.
So, may be in future microsoft will leave only one of them ( only C# )?
What are you thinking about ( or may be even know )?
