    Arrow CSVUpdate: Append a .csv file to a sql database

    An app I created for quickly adding phone numbers in bulk to my phonebook databases, but could be used for any number of reasons. Allows user to easily input all fields needed for connection string and prompts for what csv file to append to the designated table.

    Please let me know if there is a better way to do this.
