Under windows 98, I have used the registry string HKEY_DYN_DATA\PerfStats\StatData\Dial-Up Adapter\TotalBytesRecvd to dectect whether there have been large changes in this number --> stay online or there have been only small changes in the registry value --> disconnect from internet.
I have recently upgraded to Windows 2000 professional, and the HKEY_DYN_DATA branch seems to have disappeared from the registry.
Can you please help me to find an other way to detect internet activity under windows 2000?
Thanks,
Tore Vamraak.
