I believe "how to destroy a company that annoyed you" was written by the AAI. (Until proof is given, we'll just refer to "yotamarker" as artificial artificial intelligence ). It goes something along the lines of "provide their services for free".

I deleted the book off my computer almost immediately after reading the VB.NET section (which claims that Dictionaries are all-powerful and much faster than arrays, and contains a small explanation of ByRef and that's about it) so I don't have a link (it used to be in moti barski's signature but it's gone now).
