I am new in PHP Coding but i need a help.
I am planing to add full page ad affiliate service on my site.
All i need is help on:

How prepare the code for the publishers, so they can insert the code on their site and the add can load full page and on top part to be an extra iframe loading where i can add Close this ad button.

I want the code to load the links from the database .....
