I have worked in Application Development a while but have never really produced customer facing websites. Recently a friend asked if I could produce a simple site for him. Whilst I have done this in a way that fulfills the basic requirements I would like some constructive criticism.

I have always been aware that my creative/design skills are lacking and that I would greatly benefit from learning photoshop/graphics much better.

I have tried to used CSS and ASP.Net Master Pages where possible but feel it currently looks amaturish. I applied some styling which displays slightly differently in Chrome and Moz to in IE where rounded corners are applied.

Anyway I would welcome any advice on how to make the site look much better.
