Ignoring the other points.
#5 Police radars can track you up to 5km away. By the time you see them, they've probably already locked your speed.
#6 There are many reasons people will flash their lights at you; having your brights on, having a light out, driving like an idiot, letting you know they're gonna pass, etc.
