In one of my apps I use the webbrowser control, I've got about 10 users and one of them has just upgraded to WinXP and get's a runtime error 5 I narrowed the problem down to

frmMain.WebBrowser1.Navigate urlStr
I thought it might be that he has an old version of the control (SHdOCVW.DLL) can anyone help or has an idea what and how to get round this problem?

P.S. This also happened to a new user of my program that has Win98 + IE5.
