We have an application housed in Lotus notes that is used for tracking service requests aka defects and enhancements. To track the various approvals along the SDLC road, an excel spreadsheet is passed between departments for signatures. We have another system that tracks time spent on the service request. I would like to find an application that handles application documentation, service request tracking, approvals, and time tracking.
