I'm going for Inglurious Basterds.

Even though it could have been better if Tarantino cut down the film (I really don't care about obscure German film references or the extended dialogue between the Nazi sniper and the French Jewish girl).

The movie was great (especially the basement scene), and the spots of black humor were hilarious.

The acting was also terrific from almost everyone. You can tell from watching the actors eyes, subtle expressions and nervous moves, that they really had the roles and mental states down. Tarantino is a great actor's director.
