    VB2008: Add Sub Routine stopped working

    I'm new to databases and cannot work out what has gone wrong with my code. It worked the first few times. Then it just suddenly stopped when clicking the Add new record button, I do not get cleared txt/dtp input boxes.

    Any help in educating me by improving my code or informing me of what has gone wrong would be fully appreciated.

    I have hopefully, followed the correct actions to attach form code.

    I am using Windows 7 and Visual Studio 2008 Pro.
