Wich great programmer can help me???

I have build a (dutch) homepage : www.stuureenfax.nl. You can send a fax at this page (well that's what I want). Now I have made a solution that the forms be sended to me. But I would like a cgi-script wich can do some things. Is there a programmer who can help me with this please reply. I will send the idea later.
