So basically several of my friends deal with acne I never have but apparently it runs in the family. A truly horrible thing to have happen to you. The tragedy, I'm 24, and so are my friends and they've dealt with it, but I have a little 10 year old sister that is just tortured from this.

I wanted to know what everyone whose had acne has tried at a young age.

So that this is a unique piece of information let me eliminate a few of the generics that I understand...

Dont eat fatty foods
Hygiene - quite regularly
Dont pop em unless you wash your hands in between pops
benzoyl peroxide at least a 5% concentrate topical
Vitimin A a regular dose two times a day
Fluoride toothpaste topical when needed
And please, dont suggest proactive for a 10 year old. She likes her facial skin and doesnt wish to burn it off.

With that criteria please, anyone on here have any advice? My family and myself are digging. Been to every medical website in existence, seen the dermatologist(got an oral rx and a topical rx with no luck). I know its out on a limb but why not ask in the chit chat of my favorite forum? hell 115 thousand users maybe someone has some advice.
