I was planning to start my own website, but for free actually. I am a student and can't afford to buy a hosting plan or any such thing.

So I looked for free ASP.Net Web Host and found this. Does it look good to you? Do you know of any other free ASP.Net web hosts?

Also, how do I register a domain name? Does it require me to pay anything?

I was also looking at Wordpress sites, which I believe provides free hosting. But does it allow to host ASPX pages? I can do without any database service though.
