Hey all,

I have been digging around the internet and can't really find an answer.

VBA is dead, well at least MS is not developing it any further. I hear some chat that VBA scripts will not work in outlook 2007.

Currently the company I work for is using outlook 2000 with about 1k lines of vba code, and we are at the point of upgrading to 2007, or 2010 if it is available when we upgrade.

Is the VBA script going to work for the macro's?(essentially it is for our inhouse CRM, capture emails and insert into a database.)

Even if it does work, would this be a good opportunity to push for an upgrade, did I hear that straight up VB9 can be used in macro creation now?
