    Convert or load & save '.dds' file.

    Hi guys, I'm trying to make an application that edits '.dds' files.
    I want to be able to load the file, edit it and then save it again.

    If it's not possible to load & save it then does anyone know how I could convert it to another picture format like '.png' or '.jpg'?

    I've looked on Google and I can't find anything about it, can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?
