Hi friends,
I am using CCRP Timer in my project which I downloaded from site "http://www.mvps.org/ccrp".The problem is when I create .exe file of project and try to run on another PC, it is giving me "Error429 ActiveX component can't create object or return reference to this object (version 97)" . I am using VB6 and the operating system I am having is Windows XP. When I try running this .exe file on another PC having Windows Vista, it is giving this error inspite of copying files ccrpTmr6.dll,crpTmr6.dep, and ccrpTmr6.tlb (optional) to its system folder and file ccrpTmr6.chm to Windows Help folder. Does CCRP timers work on windows Vista or is there anything else I need to do.
