Unable to install Blend trial

I'm trying to install the MS Expression Blend 2 Trial that I downloaded from the MS website (twice) but when I get to the point in the install wizard that lets you choose where to install to, the Next button is greyed out

I've tried changing the path from the default C:\Program Files\Microsoft Expression to various other things but the NEXT button just stays greyed out. I have plenty of space on my hard drive, I'm logged in as an admin account (Windows XP not Vista too) and I've got .NET framework 3.5 SP1 installed...
Any ideas?

EDIT: Oh and when I click the Browse button and select a folder that way, the browse window just pops straight back up when I click OK instead of setting the textbox text to the path I selected... Something is majorly screwed with this installer and like I said its the second time I downloaded/installed it.
