I'm curious: Are there specific rules to follow when attempting to create an alloy? Will the following be possible?

Titanium Alloy consisting of:
6% Aluminium
4% Vanadium
25% Lead
65% Titanium

Basically, will it be possible to combine the Titanium alloy "Ti6Al4V" with Lead?
