i have got a 2 questions
I am use the inet1 (microsoft internet transfer) to upload file to a FTP server
but i got a problem of lagz in a game when im uploading so i ask how i can limit the speed of the download and slow the upload speed?
i can do this?
and if i cant so have a another way to upload a file and limit the speed?
it is very importent to me waitting for answer =]

and the 2nd...
i want to "print screen" at windows vista i did the
" keybd_event VK_SNAPSHOT, 0, 0, 0"
way and its do a bug in vista so i ask some peoples and they said me that have a way in "sendinput" but i dont know what it is some some1 can tell me way of printscreen in vista?
or can tell me how the sendinput API working?

i really need a answer plz help me!!!
